Ingredients

  • DRY INGREDIANTS
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup cocoa powder
  • WET INGREDIANTS
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup hot coffee

How To Make super moist chocolate cake

  • Step 1
    Combine wet ingredients,EXCEPT the coffee, in large bowl and mix.
  • Step 2
    Combine dry ingredients into medium bowl.
  • Step 3
    Add half of the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and combine. Once thoroughly mixed add second half of dry ingredients.
  • Step 4
    Once all the ingredients have been combined add one cup of hot coffee. Stir with spatula. The batter will be very thin.
  • Step 5
    Grease two 9” round pans with cooking spray and dust with flour for easy release.
  • Step 6
    Distribute batter evenly between the two pans.
  • Step 7
    Bake at 350° for 22-25 minutes.
