Ingredients

  • DRY INGREDIANTS

  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2/3 c
    cocoa powder
  • WET INGREDIANTS

  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    vegetable oil
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    hot coffee

How to Make Super Moist Chocolate Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine wet ingredients,EXCEPT the coffee, in large bowl and mix.
  2. Combine dry ingredients into medium bowl.
  3. Add half of the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and combine. Once thoroughly mixed add second half of dry ingredients.
  4. Once all the ingredients have been combined add one cup of hot coffee. Stir with spatula. The batter will be very thin.
  5. Grease two 9” round pans with cooking spray and dust with flour for easy release.
  6. Distribute batter evenly between the two pans.
  7. Bake at 350° for 22-25 minutes.
