My grandsons said they couldn't eat coffeecake, because they don't drink coffee, so I made hot chocolate cake instead!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heart healthy bisquick
  • 2 tablespoons egg beaters
  • 2/3 cup blue diamond almond milk (original)
  • 2 tablespoons splenda
  • 1 package nestle hot chocolate mix
  • 3 1/2 cups nestle mini chocolate chips
  • TOPPING
  • 1/3 cup heart healthy bisquick
  • 1/3 cup splenda brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

How To Make super hot chocolate cake

  • Step 1
    Set oven to 425 degrees. Combine ingredients in the order listed. Mix until smooth then pour into a sprayed 9X9 pan.
  • Step 2
    In a small bowl, cut butter into other topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of batter in pan.
  • Step 3
    Bake 23 minutes. When cooled about 10 minutes, cut into 9 squares. Enjoy with coffee or Hot Chocolate.
