Best friend is a Diabetic and husband can't have a lot of sweets so here ya go and it's Delish!

Ingredients

  • 2 8oz packages fat free cream cheese
  • 1 cup - splenda (grandulated)
  • 1 tsp - pure vanilla
  • 3 - eggs
  • 2 cups - fat free sour cream
  • CRUST
  • 1 cup - flour
  • 3 Tbsp - butter (unsalted)
  • 2 Tbsp - splenda
  • 6 oz - crushed pecans
  • TOPPING OPPT:
  • 3 TBSP - sugar-free smuckers chocolate topping
  • 3 TBSP - sugar-free smuckers caramel topping
  • 3 oz - crushed pecans

How To Make sugar free cheese cake .... so good!

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375.... Crust: mix all ingredents for crust and pat in bottom of springform pan. (mixture will be crumbly) Place in oven for 10 min. remove and let cool while you make cake mixture.
  • Step 2
    CAKE: Cream together cream cheese, splenda, and vanilla until smooth and no lumps. add eggs one at a time until well blended. Add sour cream and mix until well blended. Pour into pan over crust.
  • Step 3
    Place in oven and bake for 35-40 minutes. Let cool and refrigerate over night before serving. Oppt. topping can be drizzled over top with pecans.
