  Grease a 13 by 9 pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1 cup chopped nuts. Set aside.

  Mix all ingredients for cake. Por half cake batter in pan. Sprinkle with half sugar mixture. Pour remaining batter over sugar. Cover with remaining sugar mixture. Cut through batter with a knife.

  Bake 40 minutes and glaze with 1 cup confectioners sugar 1 tsp oil and 2 tbsp milk.
