OH MY GOSH! I have been looking for what I called Mommy's Strawberry Poke Cake...THIS IS IT!!!!! Oh so yummy, and a great memory of childhood! This find makes me very happy!

Ingredients
- 1 - yellow cake mix (mom always put duncan hines in her other recipes)
- 1 large strawberry jello (i assume a family size?)
- 1 1/2 cups hot water
- 1 1/2 cups strawberry pop (i couldn't find, so got sprite)
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 - container cool whip
How To Make strawberry pop cake, mom

Step 1Bake cake to directions. Use a 9x13 or loaf pan. Pierce top of cake with a fork. dissolve jello in water, cool. Add pop and pour over cake. Refrigerate 1 hour. Prepare pudding to directions, add cool whip and frost the cake. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
