Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 small strawberry jello
- 1 cup crisco oil
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen strawberries (thawed w/juice)
- 1 cup pecans - chopped
- 1 cup coconut, shredded
- ICING
- 1 box confectioners' sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries, drained
- 1/2 cup coconut, shredded
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
How To Make strawberry cake

Step 1Mix first 9 ingredients and divide mixture into 3 cake pans. Note: do not mix up cake by box directions use only the dry cake mix!) Fold in pecans and coconut last. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 Minutes or until cake is done. Remove from oven and let cool.

Step 2Icing: Melt butter, add 1/2 cup strawberry's and mix with the confectioner's sugar. Blend, then add 1/2 cup coconut and 1/2 cup pecans. Spread on cooled cake. We like this cake refrigerated but doesn't have to be.
