Ingredients
- 6 - eggs
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 cups sugar or( splenda sugar and 1tsp. stevia)
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt or light salt
How To Make sponge cake

Step 1Separate eggs and stir yokes just enough to break skins. Add water, stir in sifted sugar.

Step 2Beat until thick and lemon-colored. Sift flour several times; add. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into ungreased loaf pan.

Step 3Bake for about 60 minutes.
