Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground allspice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
- 4 teaspoons ground ginger
- 3 - eggs
- 1/2 cup maple syrup or sugar-free maple syrup
- 1/2 cup margarine or butter, melted
How To Make spiced gingercake

Step 1Preheat oven 350F. Combine dry ingredients in bowl and lightly whisk together. Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Using a rubber spatula a mix wet and dry ingredients until combined.

Step 2Pour in greased 9X5 loaf pan or cake pan. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the toothpick inserted come out clean.

Step 3If the top begin to too brown lay sheet of foil on the top prevent burning (I did this a 30 minutes). Allow to cool for one hour before removing from the pan.
