I created this recipe to be used as a SPECIAL OCCASION DESSERT, for any one that cannot eat a wheat based dessert, or that may be diabetic, it is lower in sugar than a typical cake, because it is made with a zero calorie sweetener.

I even made the SUGAR FREE FROSTING with a deep dark cocoa. Something that is not always easy to find. The nutrition analysis does include the frosting. It is not a dessert that you can have everyday, but for that VERY SPECIAL PERSON IN YOUR LIFE, that you want to impress.

My neighbors mom thought this was the best Sugar Free dessert she had ever eaten.
