had a some sour cream that needed to be used and bisquick. i found what i needed from the bisquick site. instead of cinn i used nutmeg and olive oil instead of butter its tender and down right good

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups bisquick
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 - egg
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon over flowing vanilla
- 2 tablespoons cold butter
- 1/4 cup bisquick
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Step 1mix the first 6 ingredients well. place in a 8" round cake pan. mix the remaining 4 ingredients in a mini food processor and put on top of the batter. bake at 350 for 25 min. can sprinkle nuts on top if desired.
