There are several postings called Snickers cake, but this one actually has Snickers in it! I always get rave reviews on this recipe. I always seem to make this in the fall, becuz the candy for Halloween is fresher!

Ingredients
- CRUST
- 1 stick butter
- 1 - egg
- 1 package german chocolate cake mix
- FILLING
- 1 package fun sized snickers (11 oz.)
- 1 package cream cheese, room temp (8 oz.)
- 2 - eggs
- 1 pound powdered sugar
How To Make snickers cake

Step 1Melt butter. Add to cake mix along with egg and stir well. Press in Pammed 9x13 pan. Set aside.

Step 2Melt snickers slowly over low heat (I do in microwave) and stir. Once melted, add cream cheese and stir in until melted. Add eggs and combine well with fork or wooden spoon. Add powdered sugar and stir till combined.

Step 3Pour snickers mix over crust. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting. These freeze well, but if you think you won't eat them till they're room temeperature, you are so wrong! They are wonderful frozen, too! (I didn't realize till about a month ago, that it is the same recipe as Gooey Butter Cake with the addition of Snickers!)
