Snickerdoodles have been around Iam pretty sure even before I was born, But this is a bread, though the cookies are quite nice too. But they grate thing is that the recipe has not changed. It's still a moist and crunchy topping to slice into. Make these in a muffin pan and show you your finished yummy.

Ingredients For snicker doodle apple dessert bread

  • 2 1/2 c
    white flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 c
    butter- softened
  • 2 c
    granulated sugar
  • 3 md
    farm fresh eggs
  • 3/4 c
    sour cream
  • 1 oz
    10-ounce) package hershey's cinnamon chips
  • 3 sm
    diced macintosh apples

How To Make snicker doodle apple dessert bread

  • Batter in a yellow bowl with a mixer
    To make the loaves, mix butter, sugar, salt and cinnamon until fluffy. Then add you're eggs & mix well. Add vanilla and sour cream and mix well.
  • My offical helper & taste tester. Child mixng  batter with a hand mixer
    Mix flour& baking powder in a separate bowl. Add to wet ingredients and mix until all combined. Add cinnamon chips and stir into batter. And then set aside.
  • Batter in two tin loaf pans on counter top, ready to bake
    Fold in diced appless till incorporated. then Spoon batter into 2 loaf pans until about 2/3 full. Mix topping ingredients in a separate bowl & then sprinkle over the batter in each loaf pan.
  • Two baked snickerdoodle breads in loaf pans, inside the oven
    Bake at 350°F for 35 to 38 minutes. Let them cool all the way, before removing from pan.

    TOPPING for bread add on top before cooking 3 tablespoons sugar 3 teaspoons cinnamon
