Ingredients
- CAKE
- 6 large eggs
- 1 box chocolate fudge cake mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- - powdered sugar
- FILLING
- 7 ounces jar marshmallow creme
- 1 stick butter softened
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- FROSTING
- 12 bags chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup golden grahams cereal
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
How To Make s'mores cake roll

Step 1Preheat oven 375 degrees. Place parchment paper on a large cookie sheet. Spray with cooking spray. Mix the ingredients for the cake together. Spread over the parchment paper and bake about 12 to 15 minutes. Place a clean dish towel on cupboard and dust it with powdered sugar. Turn the hot cake onto the powdered sugar towel and roll up with the towel on the long end. Let sit until cooled.

Step 2Meanwhile whip the filling ingredients together. When the cake is cool unroll it and spread the filling inside then roll back up again and place on a serving dish.

Step 3Melt the chocolate chips and the heavy cream together in the microwave stirring until smooth. Let cool. Spread over the outside of the cake.

Step 4Sprinkle the top with the golden grahams and mini marshmallows
