Ingredients
- 15 1/4 ounces yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 3 - eggs
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest, grated
- GLAZE INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest, grated
How To Make slow cooker lemon spoon cake

Step 1In a large bowl, add cake mix, lemon juice, water, melted butter, eggs, and lemon zest, mix with a spoon until combined.

Step 2Don't over mix, some lumps are fine.

Step 3Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Pour batter in slow cooker, and smooth the batter down evenly.

Step 4Cook on high for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Check after 1 1/2 hours, press center of the cake with your fingers, should be firm.

Step 5If you aren't ready for dessert when time is up, just set to warm.

Step 6Mix Glaze ingredients in a small bowl with a spoon. Pour over lemon cake.

Step 7Scoop into bowls, and serve with vanilla ice cream.
