Very easy to make this rich, dense cake. You can dress it up if you want w/ a fruit sauce, like blueberry or strawberry, or just sprinkle w/ powdered sugar.

- 3 sticks butter, softened
- 1 - 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 6 - eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 3 cups sugar
How To Make simply cream cheese pound cake

Step 1Heat oven to 325. Spray a pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, beat butter and cream cheese until creamy.

Step 2Beat in sugar and vanilla. Beat in eggs, one at a time.Slowly beat in flour. Pour batter into pan. Bake 1 hr and 20 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
