Shelby's Iced French Vanilla Cake with Berries

Amanda Camden-Spina

My teenager had a sweet tooth this evening so I suggested she do what I'd the pantry and make something. Here's what she came up with. The cake was so fluffy and moist and the icing had that yummy tang with a hint of sweetness that I love. The blueberries were the perfect final touch to bring it all together. I was so surprised and proud of her, I just had to share! Finally, I have confirmation that at least occasionally, she's listening to me! lol
