Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 3/4 cup molasses
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon ginger
- 3 - eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup butter milk
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup dried figs, chopped
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup orange juice or wine
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
How To Make scripture cake

Step 1Cream 1/2 cup (Judges 5:25) until light; blend in 3/4 cup (Jeremiah 6:20).

Step 2Stir together 2 cups (I Kings 4:22), 1/2 tsp. (Amos 4:5), dash (Leviticus 2:12) and (II Chronicals 9:9).

Step 3Mix 3 (Jeremiah 17:11), 1/2 cup (Judges 4:19) and 1/3 cup (I Samuel 14:25). Stir in 1 cup (I Samuel 30:12), 1 cup (Naham 3:12) and 1/2 cup (Numbers 17:8).

Step 4Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Brush all sides with (Proverbs 31:6). God bless all!!
