Ingredients For scratch cake

  • 2 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 c
    sugar or splenda sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 c
    light butter or light margarine
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder

How To Make scratch cake

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients. Beat at high speed until smooth. Pour into a greased cake pan.

    Cook until golden brown.Until toothpick inserted come out clean. Bake at 350F for 30 minute.
