Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar or splenda sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 cup light butter or light margarine
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

How To Make scratch cake

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients. Beat at high speed until smooth. Pour into a greased cake pan.
  • Step 2
    Cook until golden brown.Until toothpick inserted come out clean. Bake at 350F for 30 minute.
