My 8 year old Grand Daughter came up with this idea for a truly different cupcake, Moist and Oh So Yummy with a surprise crunch on the bottom and bits of creamy Oreo filling and crunchy cookie bits throughout. The Superb Frosting recipe is from a cookbook that is over 60 years old, My Mom received the cookbook as a Wedding shower gift, it is spiral bound and the recipes were originally handwritten before being published in the cookbook, it originates from Jersey Shores , Pennsylvania. Everyone who has had the frosting says it tastes like whipped cream!
Hope you enjoy it also!
