How to Make Rum Cake
- Grease and flour a Bundt cake pan. Sprinkle nuts evently in the bottom.
- Mix cake mix, pudding, eggs, 1/2 cup of cold water, oil and 1/4 cup rum.
- Pour mixture over pecans and bake at 350 for 1 hr.
- While cake is baking prepare glaze by melting butter and adding reamining 1/4 cup water, suger and 1/4 cup rum.
- Remove cake from oven and pour glaze over cake while still in pan. When cake is cool, turn onto serving plate.
