This is absolutely my FAVORITE cake ever!!!!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 - small box of vanilla instant pudding
  • 2/3 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup dark rum
  • 1 - box yellow cake mix
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1/2 cup cokking oil
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar

How To Make rum cake

  • Step 1
    Grease and flour a Bundt cake pan. Sprinkle nuts evently in the bottom.
  • Step 2
    Mix cake mix, pudding, eggs, 1/2 cup of cold water, oil and 1/4 cup rum.
  • Step 3
    Pour mixture over pecans and bake at 350 for 1 hr.
  • Step 4
    While cake is baking prepare glaze by melting butter and adding reamining 1/4 cup water, suger and 1/4 cup rum.
  • Step 5
    Remove cake from oven and pour glaze over cake while still in pan. When cake is cool, turn onto serving plate.
