How to Make Roz's Apricot nectar cake
- separate eggs; beat white until stiff.
- blend cake mix, lemon pudding mix, oil, apricot nectar, egg yolks.
- add egg whites, pour into greased tub pan bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
- over hot cake pour mixture of confectioner's sugar and apricot nectar (use approximately 1/2 to 3/4 cups nectar) mix with confectioner's sugar.
