    (small) lemon pudding mix
  • 1 c
    apricot nectar
  • 3/4 c

How to Make Roz's Apricot nectar cake


  1. separate eggs; beat white until stiff.
  2. blend cake mix, lemon pudding mix, oil, apricot nectar, egg yolks.
  3. add egg whites, pour into greased tub pan bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
  4. over hot cake pour mixture of confectioner's sugar and apricot nectar (use approximately 1/2 to 3/4 cups nectar) mix with confectioner's sugar.
