  • 4 - eggs
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 box (small) lemon pudding mix
  • 1 cup apricot nectar
  • 3/4 cup oil

How To Make roz's apricot nectar cake

  • Step 1
    separate eggs; beat white until stiff.
  • Step 2
    blend cake mix, lemon pudding mix, oil, apricot nectar, egg yolks.
  • Step 3
    add egg whites, pour into greased tub pan bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
  • Step 4
    over hot cake pour mixture of confectioner's sugar and apricot nectar (use approximately 1/2 to 3/4 cups nectar) mix with confectioner's sugar.
