Roz's Apricot nectar cake
(small) lemon pudding mix
1separate eggs; beat white until stiff.
2blend cake mix, lemon pudding mix, oil, apricot nectar, egg yolks.
3add egg whites, pour into greased tub pan bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
4over hot cake pour mixture of confectioner's sugar and apricot nectar (use approximately 1/2 to 3/4 cups nectar) mix with confectioner's sugar.
