- 4 - eggs
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 box (small) lemon pudding mix
- 1 cup apricot nectar
- 3/4 cup oil
How To Make roz's apricot nectar cake

Step 1separate eggs; beat white until stiff.

Step 2blend cake mix, lemon pudding mix, oil, apricot nectar, egg yolks.

Step 3add egg whites, pour into greased tub pan bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.

Step 4over hot cake pour mixture of confectioner's sugar and apricot nectar (use approximately 1/2 to 3/4 cups nectar) mix with confectioner's sugar.
