How to Make ROOT BEER CAKE
- Combine all of the ingredients n a large mixing bowl. Blend at low speed, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Pour into a greased and floured pan.
- Bake @ 375' for 30~~35 minutes. Let cake cool completely & then frost.
- On FROSTING: Combine ingredients in bowl, blend well. Beat until thick & fluffy. Spread on cooled cake.
