I LOVE ROOT BEER POP....THIS IS WONDERFUL!!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2/3 cup root beer, any brand
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • FROSTING.......
  • 1 pound powdered sugar
  • 1 cup cold root beer

How To Make root beer cake

  • Step 1
    Combine all of the ingredients n a large mixing bowl. Blend at low speed, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Pour into a greased and floured pan.
  • Step 2
    Bake @ 375' for 30~~35 minutes. Let cake cool completely & then frost.
  • Step 3
    On FROSTING: Combine ingredients in bowl, blend well. Beat until thick & fluffy. Spread on cooled cake.
