I made some changes to my grandma's Rhubarb Torte recipe and didn't really think torte fit the recipe so changed it to a dumpcake.
4 cfresh rhubarb, washed and cut up
1 1/2 cwater, minus 1 teaspoon
1 pkg(3oz) strawberry jello
1 pkgyellow cake mix
1 stickbutter, cut in small pieces
How to Make Rhubarb Dumpcake
- In a bowl combine rhubarb, sugar, water, and vanilla.
- Sprinkle jello over this
- Put mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan.
- Sprinkle with mixture of sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
