- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup cocoa pwdr
- 2 teaspoons bakn soda
- 1 teaspoon bakn powdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 - exlarge eggs...room temp
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup hot brewed coffee
- FROSTING
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups confectioners sugar...sifted
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 cup butter...room temp
- 3 tablespoons milk

Step 1GREASE N FLOUR 2 ROUND CAKE PANS. SIFT TOGETHER FLOUR, BAKN POWDER, BAKN SODA, COCOA PWDER, SUGAR AND SALT INTO LARGE MIXN BOWL. STIR GENTLY TO COMBINE.

Step 2IN ANOTHER BOWL COMBINE BUTTERMILK, OIL, EGGS N VANILLA. PUT MIXER ON LOW N SLOWLY ADD WET INGREDIENTS INTO DRY...STIR IN COFFEE. BATTER WILL B THIN ;)

Step 3PREHEAT OVEN TO 350. POUR BATTER INTO PREPARED PANS N BAKE FOR 35 MINUTES OR UNTIL TOOTHPICK INSERTED IN MIDDLE COMES OUT DRY.

Step 4LET CAKES COOL IN PANS FOR 30 MIN...REMOVE FROM PANS N COOL COMPLETELY.
