Ingredients

  • 1 box red velvet cake mix
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream cheese icing
  • 1 cup crushed pecans

How To Make red velvet whoopie pies

  • Step 1
    preheat oven to 350 mix eggs,oil, sour cream well
  • Step 2
    add cake mix and stir, batter will be thick
  • Step 3
    using 2 small spoons drop rounded spoonful onto greased baking sheet. Bake 8-10 mins
  • Step 4
    once cooled -spread icing on 1 cookie top with another cookie mash together then roll edges in crushed pecans.
