Ingredients
- FOR THE BROWNIES
- 6 ounces bittersweet chocolate chopped
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon each baking soda and salt
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- FOR THE TRUFFLE FROSTING
- 6 ounces bittersweet frosting chopped
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons seedless raspberry jam
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 - fresh raspberries for garnish
How To Make raspberry brownies with truffle frosting

Step 1Brownies Melt the chocolate with the butter over low heat on stove top. Preheat oven 350 Grease a 9 in square pan.

Step 2In large bowl beat eggs, sugar and vanilla. Mix in the chocolate mixture. Combine the flour baking soda and salt. Mix into the chocolate mixture until well combined. Stir in the raspberries. Bake about 25 to 30 minutes. Cool.

Step 3For the Frosting Melt the chocolate with the cream and jam until smooth. Place in freezer until cooled but not frozen. Stir in the vanilla and beat until stiff.

Step 4Frost the cooled brownies and cut into 12 pieces. Place a raspberry on top of each pieces.
