Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar (trivia)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar free applesause
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup light cooking oil(canola oil)
- 1/4 cup fat free milk(or soy milk)
- 1/2 cup mixed dried fruit
- 1 cup white raisins
- - tip as follows
- - you can add 1/2 cup of chopped nutts or not its all good og even top it with nuts or almonds.i made it different,ways .they all so yummy,and moist.
How To Make raisin cinnamon applesauce bread

Step 1HEAT OVEN TO 350* GREASE a pan 9x5x3- loaf pan or bunt cake pan. set it aside.

Step 2IN Large mixing bowl stir together flour, cinnamon , baking powder,baking soda ,and salt.

Step 3IN a medium mixing bowl combine applesauce ,eggs, oil,and milk. ADD egg mixture to flour mixture . STIR in till everything is mixed well. The add all the fruit to the batter.

Step 4POUR The batter into the pan . BAKE at a preheat it oven .For 60 to 65 minutes. or until the toothpick comes out clear. LET it sit and cool a cookie wrack. AFTER ITS COOLED WRAP IT. AND LET IT SIT OVER NIGHT BEFORE YOU BEGIN SLICING. OR JUST WAIT A FEW HOURS before you cut it .YOU can top it with great vanilla ice cream or good homemade whip cream.
