In the summer I love this dish but hate to bake when it's so hot outside. I found this very easy recipe to make and actually I enjoy this more-add blueberries to this and it is great.

2 - jello (vanilla) pudding snack packs
1 small whipped topping
1 medium pound cake
2 cups sliced strawberries

How To Make quick strawberry shortcake

Step 1

slice pound cake, place on dessert dish; mix pudding and whipped topping; spoon over cake;top w/strawberries; add a dollop of whipped topping.

Step 2

NOTE: i add some blueberries around the base of cake (optional)
