quick & easy fruit wine cake
I remember Mom making this 30 years ago after she met my Dad, she would make it at holidays and for my brother Dean's birthdays; it is his favorite cake. This moist sweet cake doesn't need any frosting, great served as dessert or great for tea, coffee or a woman's luncheon.

Ingredients
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 package small vanilla instant pudding mix
- 4 - eggs
- 3/4 cup oil
- 3/4 cup red currant wine, or any red fruity wine. (mom says currant wine is the best.)
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
How To Make quick & easy fruit wine cake

Step 1Combine all ingedients. Mix with electric beater about 5 minutes at medium speed.

Step 2Pour batter into greased angel food, or bundt cake pan.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes. Cool in pan 5 minutes before turning out on rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
