How to Make Pumpkin Squares
- Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Mix dry ingredients- flour, cinnamon and sugar.
Mix wet ingredients- eggs, oil and pumpkin. I add a little over the 16 oz of pumpkin. Probably about 18 oz. It makes it denser than a regular cake.
- Then mix wet to dry ingredients. You will need a 15x10x1 jelly roll pan for cooking. After mixing place in the sprayed pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Cake is dense. Just make sure it is done.
- While cake is cooling prepare frosting.
Mix cream cheese, butter, vanilla and powdered sugar. You may need to add more powdered sugar. If to thick you can add a little milk.
- Once cake is cooled frost and enjoy. Cake should be kept in the refrigerator. It is best eaten cold.
