Got and tweeked this recipe from a student in my class. Her mom made the most delish muffins! Never a crumb leftover, trust me!

vegetable oil
29 oz
pumpkin, canned or cooked
3 c
flour
1 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
baking soda
1 tsp
cinnamon, ground
1/2 tsp
nutmeg
1 tsp
salt
1/2
bag mini semi sweet chocolate chips

How to Make Pumpkin Chocolate-chip muffins

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix eggs, sugar, veg. oil, pumpkin well. Then add flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt, until blended. fold chocolate chips evenly into batter.
  • 2Fill muffin tins with liners. Fill each with 2/3 batter. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes. Yum!
