Ingredients
- 3 - eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 29 ounces pumpkin, canned or cooked
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 - bag mini semi sweet chocolate chips
How To Make pumpkin chocolate-chip muffins

Step 1Mix eggs, sugar, veg. oil, pumpkin well. Then add flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt, until blended. fold chocolate chips evenly into batter.

Step 2Fill muffin tins with liners. Fill each with 2/3 batter. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes. Yum!
