Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups oil
- 4 - eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups pumpkin, canned or cooked
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
- CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 box confectioners' sugar
How To Make pumpkin cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour one tube or Bundt pan.

Step 2In a mixing bowl, beat oil and eggs with an electric mixer until creamy. Add the sugar and pumpkin; beat well. Combine dry ingredients and slowly add this mixture to the egg mixture; mix until combined.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until cake tests done. Let cool on a wire rack. Once cool, frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.

Step 4For frosting, beat the cream cheese, butter and vanilla. Add the box of confectioner's sugar and beat until fluffy.
