This is a nice easy pumpkin recipe that makes a moist pumpkin cake. You could just top with whipped cream, or with cream cheese frosting like I did in the picture. For the picture I tinted the frosting orange, and added a candy pumpkin to each piece. It was met with rave reviews, and with requests for recipe.

Ingredients

15 ounces can pumpkin
1 package spice cake mix
3 large eggs
1/2 cup water
- cream cheese frosting, and red and yellow food color
1 package candy pumpkins

How To Make pumpkin cake

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

Spray a 9x13 pan with no stick spray.
Step 3

Mix all ingredietns together well, pour into prepared pan.
Step 4

Bake 35 minutes
