This recipe comes from my mom.It's perfect to take to potlucks or family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 - yellow cake mix
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 package instant butter scotch pudding mix
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 cup cooked pumpkin
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spices
  • - whipped topping, optional

How To Make pumpkin bundt cake

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients.
  • Step 2
    Beat on low speed for 30 seconds.
  • Step 3
    Pour into greased and floured 10-inch fluted tube pan.
  • Step 4
    Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 55 minutes, or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 15 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Step 5
    Serve with whipped cream desired.
