- MIX THESE WET INGREDIENTS IN A SMALL BOWL
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup pumpkin, libby's solid pack
- MIX DRY INGREDIENTS IN A LARGE BOWL
- 2 1/4 cups ap flour
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh cranberries (optional)
- 1 cup pecans (optional)
