1 c
oil
2 1/4 c
sugar
1 can(s)
(16oz) pumpkin
2 c
flour
1/2 tsp
salt
1 1/2 tsp
cinnamon, ground
1 tsp
baking soda
1 c
chopped nuts, optional

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

1 pkg
(3oz) cream cheese, softened
6 Tbsp
butter, softened
1 Tbsp
half and half
2 c
powdered sugar
1 tsp
salt

How to Make PUMPKIN BARS FOR HOLIDAYS

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oven 350. Grease 17x11" jellyroll pan
  • 2Beat eggs, oil and sugar; mix in pumpkin. Mix together dry ingredients; stir into egg mixture. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased jellyroll pan. Bake 20 to 30 minutes. Spread with Cream Cheese Frosting. Cut into bars. Makes 40 Bars.
  • 3CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
    Beat cream cheese with butter until creamy; add rest of ingredients, beating until creamy.
