Ingredients

  • 4
    eggs
  • 1 c
    oil
  • 2 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 can(s)
    (16oz) pumpkin
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon, ground
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 c
    chopped nuts, optional
  • CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

  • 1 pkg
    (3oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 6 Tbsp
    butter, softened
  • 1 Tbsp
    half and half
  • 2 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp
    salt

How to Make PUMPKIN BARS FOR HOLIDAYS

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven 350. Grease 17x11" jellyroll pan
  2. Beat eggs, oil and sugar; mix in pumpkin. Mix together dry ingredients; stir into egg mixture. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased jellyroll pan. Bake 20 to 30 minutes. Spread with Cream Cheese Frosting. Cut into bars. Makes 40 Bars.
  3. CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
    Beat cream cheese with butter until creamy; add rest of ingredients, beating until creamy.
