CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
-
1 pkg(3oz) cream cheese, softened
-
6 Tbspbutter, softened
-
1 Tbsphalf and half
-
2 cpowdered sugar
-
1 tspsalt
How to Make PUMPKIN BARS FOR HOLIDAYS
- Heat oven 350. Grease 17x11" jellyroll pan
- Beat eggs, oil and sugar; mix in pumpkin. Mix together dry ingredients; stir into egg mixture. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased jellyroll pan. Bake 20 to 30 minutes. Spread with Cream Cheese Frosting. Cut into bars. Makes 40 Bars.
- CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
Beat cream cheese with butter until creamy; add rest of ingredients, beating until creamy.
