Ingredients
- 18 ounces white or yellow cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 medium eggs
- 3 ounces pkg. instant lemon or coconut cream pudding mix
- 3 tablespoons poppy seeds
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon melted butter
How To Make poppy seed cake

Step 1Mix cake mix, dry instant pudding and poppy seed together in a large mixing bowl. Add water and oil. mix well; add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour batter into well greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350^ for 45 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean. Allow to cool in pan 15 minutes, then remove. Drizzle with a mixture of the powdered sugar, lemon juice and butter.
