This recipe is one that my family loves it is one of the first desserts that is completely gone during the holidays.

Ingredients

  • 2 c
    self rising flour
  • 1 c
    cooking oil
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 jar(s)
    plum baby food
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp
    cloves
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon

How to Make Plum Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Cream sugar and oil together. Add eggs one at a time.
  2. Add flour to the mixture and plum baby food along with cloves and cinnamon. Then add chopped pecans.
  3. Grease and flour a bundt cake. Pour mixture into it and bake at 350° for one hour.
  4. Let cool for 5 minutes then remove from pan immediately.
