This recipe is one that my family loves it is one of the first desserts that is completely gone during the holidays.

Ingredients

2 cups self rising flour
1 cup cooking oil
2 cups sugar
3 - eggs
1 jar plum baby food
1 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon cinnamon

How To Make plum cake

Step 1

Cream sugar and oil together. Add eggs one at a time.

Step 2

Add flour to the mixture and plum baby food along with cloves and cinnamon. Then add chopped pecans.
Step 3

Grease and flour a bundt cake. Pour mixture into it and bake at 350° for one hour.
Step 4

Let cool for 5 minutes then remove from pan immediately.
