Ingredients

eggs
2 c
sugar
2 c
flour
1 tsp
baking soda
1 tsp
vanilla extract
20 oz
can of crushed pineapple
1 c
chopped walnuts or pecans
1/2 c
flaked coconut

How to Make Pineapple Walnut Cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat Oven 350 degrees.
  • 2Beat eggs and sugar together for 2 minutes.
  • 3Add your flour, baking soda, vanilla, can of pineapple (Do not drain), chopped walnuts (or pecans) and coconut. Beat until mixed together.
  • 4Pour into a 13 X 9 pan sprayed pan with cooking spray.
  • 5Bake for 35-40 minutes. This will be very moist to the touch.
