Ingredients
- 2 - eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 20 ounces can of crushed pineapple
- 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
How To Make pineapple walnut cake

Step 1Preheat Oven 350 degrees.

Step 2Beat eggs and sugar together for 2 minutes.

Step 3Add your flour, baking soda, vanilla, can of pineapple (Do not drain), chopped walnuts (or pecans) and coconut. Beat until mixed together.

Step 4Pour into a 13 X 9 pan sprayed pan with cooking spray.

Step 5Bake for 35-40 minutes. This will be very moist to the touch.
