Ingredients

  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 20 oz
    can of crushed pineapple
  • 1 c
    chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1/2 c
    flaked coconut

How to Make Pineapple Walnut Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat Oven 350 degrees.
  2. Beat eggs and sugar together for 2 minutes.
  3. Add your flour, baking soda, vanilla, can of pineapple (Do not drain), chopped walnuts (or pecans) and coconut. Beat until mixed together.
  4. Pour into a 13 X 9 pan sprayed pan with cooking spray.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes. This will be very moist to the touch.
