I absolutely love this cake, it is so moist and delicious. The cake itself taste just like oranges and the top taste like pineapple. Its like a fruit explosion in your mouth. Enjoy!!!!

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 box orange jello
  • 1 can mandrin oranges, undrained
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, undrained 20oz
  • 1 box vanilla pudding
  • 1 package cool whip small
  • 1 box vanilla pudding, instant

How To Make pineapple orange cake

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, beat the cake mix, oranges, eggs, orange jello and applesauce on low speed for 2 minutes. Coat a 13x9 inch baking pan with cooking spray and pour mixture into pan. Bake 25-30 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. In a bowl, Combine the pineapple and pudding mix. Fold in cool whip until just blended. Spread over cake. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
