pineapple cream angel food cake
Found this on another recipe site, just made a few changes to accomodate my family. The kids love this cake. I love that it has fewer calories and taste great! You could always top with blueberries and strawberries, or even raspberries. Hope you enjoy it.

Ingredients
- 1 can 20oz crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
- 1 package 1.5oz fat free sugar free instant vanilla pudding
- 1 cup cool whip free or cool whip lite
- 1 package 10oz angel food cake ~round~you can make or use store bought
- 10 - fresh strawberrie
How To Make pineapple cream angel food cake

Step 1Mix pineapple and dry pudding mix in medium bowl with whisk until well blended. Stir in Cool Whip.

Step 2Cut cake horizontally into 3 layers.

Step 3Stack cake layers on plate, filling layers and topping with pudding mixture.

Step 4Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Top with berries just befor serving.
