Found this on another recipe site, just made a few changes to accomodate my family. The kids love this cake. I love that it has fewer calories and taste great! You could always top with blueberries and strawberries, or even raspberries. Hope you enjoy it.
Ingredients

1 can(s)20oz crushed pineapple in juice, undrained

1 pkg1.5oz fat free sugar free instant vanilla pudding

1 ccool whip free or cool whip lite
-
1 pkg10oz angel food cake ~round~you can make or use store bought

10fresh strawberrie
How to Make Pineapple Cream Angel Food Cake
- Mix pineapple and dry pudding mix in medium bowl with whisk until well blended. Stir in Cool Whip.
- Cut cake horizontally into 3 layers.
- Stack cake layers on plate, filling layers and topping with pudding mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Top with berries just befor serving.
