Found this on another recipe site, just made a few changes to accomodate my family. The kids love this cake. I love that it has fewer calories and taste great! You could always top with blueberries and strawberries, or even raspberries. Hope you enjoy it.

Ingredients For pineapple cream angel food cake

  • 1 can
    20oz crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
  • 1 pkg
    1.5oz fat free sugar free instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 c
    cool whip free or cool whip lite
  • 1 pkg
    10oz angel food cake ~round~you can make or use store bought
  • 10
    fresh strawberrie

How To Make pineapple cream angel food cake

    Mix pineapple and dry pudding mix in medium bowl with whisk until well blended. Stir in Cool Whip.

    Cut cake horizontally into 3 layers.

    Stack cake layers on plate, filling layers and topping with pudding mixture.

    Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Top with berries just befor serving.
