Ingredients

  • - 1 box pineapple cake mix or yellow
  • - 1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • - 1 small package french vanilla pudding mix
  • - 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
  • - 1 cup milk
  • - 8 oz. tub cool whip
  • - 1 cup coconut

How To Make pineapple coconut poke cake

  • Step 1
    Prepare cake as directed. (I used the pineapple juice in the place of the water). Cool.
  • Step 2
    Poke holes in top of cake. Drain pineapple and spread over top of cake.
  • Step 3
    Mix pudding, cream cheese and milk. Spread over pineapple. Top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle coconut over the top.
