- - 1 box pineapple cake mix or yellow
- - 1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
- - 1 small package french vanilla pudding mix
- - 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
- - 1 cup milk
- - 8 oz. tub cool whip
- - 1 cup coconut
How To Make pineapple coconut poke cake

Step 1Prepare cake as directed. (I used the pineapple juice in the place of the water). Cool.

Step 2Poke holes in top of cake. Drain pineapple and spread over top of cake.

Step 3Mix pudding, cream cheese and milk. Spread over pineapple. Top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle coconut over the top.
