How to Make Pineapple Cake
- 1Mix dry cake mix with crushed pineapple (undrained)
in large mixing bowl. Pour into 9x13 inch pan.
- 2Bake at 350 degrees. Turn pan upside down on cooling rack to cool. (Cake tends to sink in center if you cool right side up)
- 3Frost with large container of frozen desert topping (cool whip). (I sometimes add a can of drained tidbit pineapple to coolwhip) Store in fridge. So simple and very good.
