- 1 box golden cake mix
- 1 small can mandarin oranges, do not drain
- 4 - eggs
- 1/2 cup crisco oil
- ICING
- 1 - 9 ounce carton cool whip
- 1 medium can crushed pineapple
- 1 - 3.4 ounce box instant vanilla pudding
- 1/2 cup coconut
How To Make pickling pig cake

Step 1For cake: Mix ingredients all together and beat with electric mixer very well.

Step 2pour into 3 layer pans, bake @ 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Do not over bake. Remove and cool

Step 3For icing: Mix together and beat well. Spread between layers and sprinkle with coconut.

Step 4Cover with saran wrap. (Keep in refrigerator ) and let sit 3-4 days before serving.
