Ingredients
- CUPCAKES
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle juice
- 1/3 cup bread and butter pickles finely chopped
- FROSTING
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle juice
- GARNISH
- - pickles for garnish
How To Make pickle cupcakes

Step 1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Add cupcake liners to cupcake pan.

Step 2In a large bowl cream together the butter and sugar. Add the eggs and beat. Add the sour cream and pickle juice. Beat. Add the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well.

Step 3Fill each cupcake to about half full. Bake for 20 minutes or until done. Let cool completely.

Step 4Whip all the ingredients together for the frosting beating until fluffy. If too thick add a little milk. Spread on cupcakes and garnish with a pickle slice.
