1 boxbrownie mix 8x8 inch pan size like ghirardelli

·egg and oil for brownie mix. follow directions on box.

1/2 cnuts of choice optional

FILLING
-
1/2 cpeanut butter
-
3/4 cpowdered sugar
-
1/3 cflour
-
5 Tbspbutter
-
1-3 Tbspmilk
-
GANACHE OPTIONAL
-
1/2 cchocolate chips
-
2 Tbspsmooth peanut butter
-
2 Tbspcream or half and half
How to Make Peanut Butter Filled Brownies
- Preheat oven to 350°. Grease or parchment line an 7"x11" or an 8"x8"baking pan. (Do mot use a 9"x13" pan) this recipe makes a small pan of brownies. The smaller the pan the thicker the brownie.
- Ganache optional:
Place chocolate chips peanut butter and cream in microwavable bowl. Heat on high. stop every 30 seconds to stir. Heat until melted and smooth. Pour on top of the brownies. spread evenly. Place brownies in fridge to cool completely. After they are done cooling. You may cut into squares and serve.
