This new peanut butter cake recipe is gonna make you smile. It is filled with new peanut butter pudding (I created it). It is good for filling and icing.

Ingredients
- PEANUT BUTTER PUDDING
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup half and half
- 1 packet instant vanilla pudding mix
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter, melted
- CAKE
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter powder
- 2 cups peanut butter chips, divided
How To Make peanut butter pudding cake

Step 1In a medium bowl, combine heavy cream, half and half, vanilla pudding mix, cream cheese, and peanut butter; whisk well for 3 minutes until blended.

Step 2Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Step 3Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9 x13 baking pan with parchment paper and coat with cooking spray.

Step 4In a large bowl, combine cake mix hot water, oil, eggs, and peanut butter powder with an electric mixer. Beat on low speed for 3 minutes.

Step 5Pour half of the cake batter into a prepared baking pan. Spoon half of the peanut butter pudding and spread evenly.

Step 6Sprinkle with 1 cup peanut butter chips. Continue to spread half of the cake batter on top.

Step 7Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool completely.

Step 8Spread the remaining peanut butter pudding onto the cooled cake. Sprinkle remaining peanut butter chips.
