  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 egg
  • ICING
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cups powder sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

How To Make peanut butter cake

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven 350° Grease 10x 13 pan
  • Step 2
    Cream peanut butter , butter and sugar add egg
  • Step 3
    Combine flour baking powder and salt.
  • Step 4
    Add dry mixture alternating with milk to peanut butter mix . mix well
  • Step 5
    Bake 30 minutes or until cake springs back when touched and has pulled away from pan edges
  • Step 6
    For icing Cream butter and peanut butter
  • Step 7
    Add vanilla and powder sugar.
  • Step 8
    Add milk a bit at a time while beating until desired consistency. Frost cake
