peaches and cream cheese cake
I found this yummy recipe in a magazine years ago and have made it several times and my kids love it. Hope you enjoy this one.

Ingredients
- FILLING 1
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 small package vanilla pudding mix - do not use instant and do not cook the pudding
- 3 tablespoons margarine, soft
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 16 oz cans sliced peaches, drained,-----reserve juice
- FILLING 2
- 3 tablespoons reserved peach juice
- 8 oz packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar
- TOPPING
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
How To Make peaches and cream cheese cake

Step 1Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla pudding mix, softened margarine, egg and milk. Pour into a greased pie pan. Top the mixture with peaches slices.

Step 2In a medium bowl with a mixer blend the cream cheese, sugar and reserved peach juice until smooth. Mixture will be thick, drop by spoonfuls over peaches.

Step 3Top with sugar and cinnamon.

Step 4Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. After it has cooled..store in refrigerator.
