1 small pkgvanilla pudding mix - do not use instant and do not cook the pudding

3 Tbspmargarine, soft

1 largeegg

1/2 cmilk

16 oz can(s)sliced peaches, drained,-----reserve juice

3 Tbspreserved peach juice

8 oz pkgcream cheese, room temperature

1/2 csugar

TOPPING
-
1 Tbspsugar

1/2 tspcinnamon, ground
How to Make Peaches and Cream Cheese Cake
- Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla pudding mix, softened margarine, egg and milk. Pour into a greased pie pan. Top the mixture with peaches slices.
- In a medium bowl with a mixer blend the cream cheese, sugar and reserved peach juice until smooth. Mixture will be thick, drop by spoonfuls over peaches.
- Top with sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. After it has cooled..store in refrigerator.
