I found this yummy recipe in a magazine years ago and have made it several times and my kids love it. Hope you enjoy this one.

Ingredients

FILLING 1

3/4 c
flour
1 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
salt
1 small pkg
vanilla pudding mix - do not use instant and do not cook the pudding
3 Tbsp
margarine, soft
1 large
egg
1/2 c
milk
16 oz can(s)
sliced peaches, drained,-----reserve juice

FILLING 2

3 Tbsp
reserved peach juice
8 oz pkg
cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 c
sugar

TOPPING

1 Tbsp
sugar
1/2 tsp
cinnamon, ground

How to Make Peaches and Cream Cheese Cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla pudding mix, softened margarine, egg and milk. Pour into a greased pie pan. Top the mixture with peaches slices.
  • 2In a medium bowl with a mixer blend the cream cheese, sugar and reserved peach juice until smooth. Mixture will be thick, drop by spoonfuls over peaches.
  • 3Top with sugar and cinnamon.
  • 4Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. After it has cooled..store in refrigerator.
