If you've had a good look at most of my recipes you could probably figure out that I'm from a large family, 8 brothers and 3 sisters (making a grand total of 12 kids in one house)! This recipe is large enough to accommodate a hungry crowd at breakfast time...

Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 8 cups flour
- 8 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- FOR BANANA PANCAKES
- 8 - over-ripe bananas
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- FOR BLUEBERRY PANCAKES
- 2 1/2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen (thawed)
How To Make pancakes for 12 hungry boys

Step 1In large bowl, beat eggs well.

Step 2Add butter and milk, mix well.

Step 3In another bowl, combine sugar, baking powder and salt.

Step 4Add sugar mixture to egg mixture and stir till everything is well blended.

Step 5If using bananas; peel and mash bananas.

Step 6Mix cinnamon into banana mash and stir mash into pancake batter.

Step 7Add flour, mixing between each cup. Blend thoroughly.

Step 8Cook on hot griddle or skillet.

Step 9If using blueberries, sprinkle berries onto pancake batter of each pancake after you've poured the batter onto the griddle/skillet.
